Dunevo ('us', 'we', or 'our') operates https://dunevo.com/ (the 'Site').
This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information we receive from users of the Site, from website forms, and from phone calls. By using the Site or completing any forms on the site, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. This Privacy Notice provides details of the personal data we collect from you, what we do with it, how you might access it, and who it might be shared with.
Our contact information (Data Controller) is Dunevo
We process personal data only for the purpose for which it was collected. The purpose depends on whether you use only our website, or additionally, our services. If you use our services, you are required to provide your personal data. We use this personal data for the provision of the service or the performance of the contract. We may use your personal data for other similar purposes, including marketing and communications, but only where we have your consent or another legal justification for doing so. No personal data will be shared, sold, or passed on to a third party without your consent.
We process and retain personal data for the following purposes and periods, with the applicable legal basis:
We process and retain personal data for communications by phone, text, or email, until consent is withdrawn.
This depends on whether you just visit our website or use our services. If you visit our website, you don't need to provide any personal data. However, your browser transmits some data automatically, such as the date and time you retrieved a page, your browser type and settings, your operating system, the last page you visited, the data transmitted, and your IP address.
If you use our services, personal data is required to fulfil the requirements of a contractual or service relationship between you and us. This is collected via our forms, either electronically or on paper. We collect:
In addition, photographs and video from events may be collected with your consent. Should we intend to use information for any further purpose, we will always inform you beforehand.
We limit the amount of personal data collected to only what's needed for the stated purpose. We restrict, secure, and control all our information assets against unauthorised access, damage, loss, or destruction, whether physical or electronic. We retain personal data only for as long as described above, to respond to your requests, or longer if required by law. If we retain your personal data for historical or statistical purposes, we ensure it can't be used further.
You have the right to request access to any personal data we hold about you. If any of that information is incorrect, you may request that we correct it. If we are improperly using your information, you may request that we stop using it, or delete it entirely. To make a request to see what personal data we hold, you can contact us via our website or in writing using a subject access request (SAR). Where you've previously given consent to process your personal data, you also have the right to request that we transfer your data to a different service provider, or to yourself.
Where consent was needed to use your personal data, you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time. If you withdraw consent, we will cease using your personal data without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before your withdrawal.
If you use the contact form on this site, the details you submit (name, email address, and your message) are emailed directly to us over an encrypted connection so we can respond to your enquiry. Submissions are not stored in a database on the website. To protect the form from abuse, the website temporarily records a securely hashed version of your IP address for rate-limiting purposes only; this cannot be used to identify you and is automatically deleted shortly afterwards.
Adobe Fonts (Typekit): this site loads one licensed typeface from Adobe Fonts. When a page loads, your browser requests the font files from Adobe's servers, which involves transmitting your IP address to Adobe. Adobe does not set cookies for this and does not use the request to track you; Adobe counts aggregate font-load numbers for licensing purposes. Adobe's licence requires the font to be served from their servers, which is why this request is classed as necessary. See Adobe's font-specific privacy policy.
All other fonts on this site are self-hosted on our own server - no requests are made to Google Fonts or any other font provider.
Analytics: this site does not currently use any analytics or tracking service. An optional "Analytics" consent category exists in our cookie banner ahead of a possible future Google Analytics integration; if added, it will only ever load after you actively opt in. See our cookies policy for details.
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), Wycliffe House, Water Lane, Wilmslow, Cheshire SK9 5AF.
